Is there a list of things that I should be asking for?

I'm clueless. I know 401k, pension but I'd like someone to help me with a list please so I don't lose out .

Married 18 years, together 25, 7 kids, I've been a stay at home mom and severely abused. Emotionally, physically and he had me sexually asulted by others.

Please help!

Depends what state you are in. What he makes per year etc. I’m horrified hearing this but I can help with what you should ask for and how to do it

Do you have an attorney? If not, you need one to protect your interests and determine what your specific state laws allow.
