OMG Anne! My heart goes out to you! I will be praying for you and your children. I had no minor children, but you are def getting screwed. I don’t think the judicial system is real. To me it’s a FAKE TV PRODUCTION. My lazy ******* husband got up in court (for Temporary orders) and perjured himself over 10 times. Told the judge his duties…..”whatever needed done”, and said “I order cleaning supplies” THREE TIMES! That ONE bottle of fabuloso you ordered lasts 6 months! NO ONE CARES! It is literally like the ones who are honest and work hard, who actually want the best for their family are punished! While the other lazy asses who work the system are rewarded??????? PahleeZ. I feel like I have spent every evening (taking time away from my work that I usually do) researching case law, and just trying to figure out a way to rectify this. So far my attempts have been fruitless. My attorney telling me that no matter what it’s my ABILITY to make $$, that is the problem, so he will more than likely get alimony?!?! Seriously?!? My light at the end of the tunnel has been extinguished, as he has postponed our first mediation process for 3 months. Has yet to turn in his discoveries. I am amazed at this system. It’s literally crazy. You hang in there girl. There’s got to be a light at the end of our tunnels. I keep holding on to this: After I get out of this I can start over, and it will still be better no matter what without the narcissistic ******* telling me what a POS I am.
