I don't believe it is a reflection on you or your marriage.
I have found that men often jump into a new relationship because they don't know how to be alone.

After my MIL passed (she was a lovely woman) my ex-FIL was remarried within a year and he loved my MIL dearly- but he was lonely, depressed and said he didn't want to be alone.

Now, he was just divorced from this woman because he got married for all the wrong reasons, but that's another story :)
