I have really been struggling with my ex. We got divorced in 2020 . My ex did not believe I would follow through with a one year-old and a three-year-old however even though we got a divorce and I was unemployed, I still did not receive a dollar of spousal support or child support / we live in the state of Arizona.

The reason I did not receive anything was due to my earning potential supposedly.

Since then, my life has actually spiraled upward, and I’m very grateful however it has caused my ex to Continuously try to financially harm me. He’s constantly serving me papers and causing me legal expenses. This year alone he has cost me $28,000 and unnecessary legal bills.

I’m aware he is hiding his money and is claiming the bare minimum in hopes that while I slave At my W-2 job, hopefully try to collect from me. I’m just looking for some assistance and guidance and direction. As far as what steps I should take to hold him accountable for these financial actions.

How can I report him to the IRS? He runs all of his living expenses through his business Therefore, claiming the bare minimum.
