La Vietrese Bietri S/M green/White deer pitcher help ID??

Hi, I am new to this forum so bear with me.
How can I find information in this piece I have, pattern, style, retired?
It is 7 1/2" tall green over white, white deer on one side and a flower on the other, no stamp all hand signed.
