Re: How was Roc City?

Thank you for providing the loser's perspective. Allow me to add what a winner sees.

The top u12 girls team in the country was probably relieved to finally find some competition. The coaches and parents were quietly celebrating losing a good game in a meaningless tourney to help keep their girls focused and working hard for the next five months. No one likes to lose. If you are commenting here, you already know this too well. However, winning teams learn from the losses and need some competition to improve. This was probably a good loss, which is a concept you have never even considered or heard of.

Re: How was Roc City?

Oh I understand the concept, I believe the mental professionals call that a "coping technique" for when your little "World beaters" get beaten. But hey, whatever you have to tell yourself. BWAHAHA

Re: How was Roc City?

Tell me you get help without telling me you get help. Lol.

"Tell me, Are the world beaters in the room with us now?" "How long have you been hearing their parents' applause in your sleep?" "Can you show me on the doll where the wizard touched you?"

Sorry for triggering your ptsd. Girl's hockey can be hell!

So, you’re saying that the U12 Eagles, Breakers, Charles River are not competitive? Wow. Interesting group over there in Wizzie land.

Its 12 u hockey. We understand there is a CR daddy on here that is dying to let everyone know that Suzy is 9-9 and knocking it out of the park.

Maybe she is so good they could move her up to the #46 - 14 team or better yet the #49 -16 team?

Re: How was Roc City?

Unfortunately, you’re so wrong. That post was a definitely a VJW parent.

Re: How was Roc City?

I’ll give them credit they have a very good team . And at least they don’t have to cheat the game like their 2 team .
They play the right way . Solid players all around .

Re: How was Roc City?

Cheat like their 2 team…do tell

Re: How was Roc City?

Ask around

Re: How was Roc City?

How does Wiz 2 team cheat the game?

Re: How was Roc City?

They lost to Charles River who they see in the NEGHL. They don’t need to go to Rochester to play them.

Re: How was Roc City?

Hey how did both u12 wizards teams do in the wizards thanksgiving tourney ?

Re: How was Roc City?

U12 T1 Lost in finals 1-0 to Eagles and then lost both games this weekend to the Breakers (OH what are the Wiz parents going to do with a 3 game losing streak?)

U12 T2 went 1-2-1

Re: How was Roc City?

I feel badly for the Wiz goalie dad that keeps posting in these forums. He doesn’t know if you want to develop your goalie, keep her away from the Wiz. First half of the season she sees little action. Now the other Wiz parents complaining about performance. Do yourself a favor, put her on a team that will challenge her and give her a chance to shine.
