That might be one of those schools where if the kid is a good player it makes a lot of sense just to leave to a CC or prep. It's not like they will ever have enough players to compete at a high level and I don't think the academics are such great shakes either.

Classic example of a program run by a bunch of townies from youth hockey through high school. Losing to smaller schools now. Program on steady decline. Better off going elsewhere
