Unfortunately for the NCDC, video doesn't lie. If you're not intense, its on the video, if you cant pass, its on video, and so on.
I agree with point that NCDC should limit overage players to improve the product. Basically If you don't have skills at 19 or 20, its not happening in the remaining months of the season. Let the younger ones have a chance.
NCDC is average, at best, Tier III hockey.

Average at best? Name a better Tier 3 League? EHL is likely the closest and certainly a good league, but the majority of the better teams left and after upgrading with talent, are either at the bottom of the NCDC or in the USPHL Premiere ( 2nd division).
Enough of the slanted hyperbole. NCDC may or may not be on par with NAHL now or ever but enough of the NCDC Sux!! We get it!
NA3HL, as a whole, is a better tier 3 league that both EHL and USPHL. Local teams in those leagues are average at best. NE Stars would dominate.
What is it with these people and Tier 2 Tier 3? Who cares what tier it is. USHL is the Gold standard, now more than ever. NAHL, BCHL and a handful of other Canadian leagues are next. The USPHL top league was next before it became free. Now they have taken in a few EHL teams and the top division is free and now even better. Likely the NCDC will continue improving on prior years products. Seems like common sense. Where does it go from there? Will have to wait in see. My guess is the top 4 or 5 teams could easily compete in any league outside of USHL, will continue up, while most other teams will draft behind and slowly rise. In a few years should be pretty good / comparable to a Tier 2 League.
Most every D1 team in the northeast has a few former USPHL players on their rosters. Outside of a 6'8" third goalie the NA3HL has zero. That is 0.001. To say that NA3HL is better than USPHL /NCDC is comical and likely just coming from NCDC SUX 2.0 pot stirrer guy.
Call it EJHL. Call it USPHL Premier. Call it NCDC. Whatever letters you give it, it's third-tier hockey. The EHL was ranked higher the last two years than the USPHL Premier, so don't even think of saying the NCDC is Tier II.
Go to an NCDC game and go to an NAHL game. The NAHL knows how to make their games real events. They make it special for the players. The USPHLNCHDDSJC or whatever is like a mite game, only with less people in the stands.
