It is a good leauge but, big surprise, most of the guys going there to play already have the tracks laid to play at D1. Its not a league producing D1 players, its a league that is a stop over for D1 players. Yes they will have guys come out of there that were not sent there for that purpose but in most cases, your chances do not improve playing there as opposed to NAHL or NCDC or AJHL or OJHL etc. All comes down to the kid.
No tracks are laid in the BCHL..USHL, for sure..not BCHL. Go lay your tracks somewhere else!
To call you an idiot is an insult to other idiots.
Go look at D1 rosters. A lot of BCHL. Very offensive leave.
KJ from Michigan could have pla*** anywhere he wanted. FYI be tuned his offensive game there and lit it up. As he is doing at Michigan. Just one example.
So do you ask your coach to reach out to a BCHL team? Do you email or call a coach directly? Seems interesting.
Very good league for the skilled skater who may need to develop a little more offensively. Not overly physical like the NA, a little younger on average, and scouted heavily by NCAA. Look at the number of commitments that come from there. Should be on every prep kids radar.
