Silver Lake was ranked 9th last season graduating a couple of good seniors still have their best player though & Plymouth North was ranked 15th, I think they’re just outside top 10 because of their schedule this year playing better competition mostly teams on the south shore.
Tewksbury was a wagon last year. Stud D man is gone along with many others who graduated. Not sure the magic is left in the tank for this season.
Couldn’t agree more Caden Connors was top 5 player in state last year. Tewksbury sophomore class last year racked up some points and Ben O’keefe in net was unbelievable. I didn’t put them as #1 because of the graduating class but I think they’ll still be top 5. Duxbury could be 1,2 or 3 they did beat D3 champs Hanover & had close games w Hingham losing 1-0 and taking Marshfield and Xaverian who were both top 10 in D1 last year to OT but losing. Duxbury only graduated 5 kids last year and I think they will play in the state Championship
Would say D1 is accurate. Most of all of these MIAA D1 teams lost key players to Prep and Juniors.
YOU MEAN POPE FRANCIS? WHAT ARE YOU 60 YO?
SJ Shrewsbury will be sneaky this year!! Goalie upgrade and loaded at FWD
Marshfield will be a strong team this year, only lost a handful of key players. Solid goaltender
Agreed. Didn’t realize how hard their schedule is. They will probably be top ten or just outside because of their game rating
You’re the one in all caps grandma
St. John’s will be 1 or 2. They lost some of there top end kids to graduation. CM will be 5 or 8 They struggled last year to put the puck in the net and the same will happen this year . Xaverian also losing 2 kids from top line and a good piece of their core kids . St Mary’s is young and will have a problem with the goaltending as I believe both were graduating seniors .Belmont could possibly be the sneaky team to squeeze into the top 5 with the pick ups they got. As for the rest it will depend on how there underclassman step up their game filling spots. But this all to be seen in the next weeks coming up as teams begin scrimmages and tryouts. The NZ boys will have it pegged soon. Good luck to all teams !!!
St. John’s will struggle in net also but the team may be strong enough that u could put anyone in net and they will be ok!!
