That’s not true, the 2010 team is a close group of players and parents.
My son is on his team and has been for 6 years he helped get my son into private school.
He’s a great coach and we have had a great experience not just winning all the tournaments and games he’s made my son a better hockey player and person.

Private school you unfortunately need a little help, the coach sent video to multiple schools for me and we appreciate the extra work he does, he could spend all summer in Florida but gets more ice for the kids than any coach I’ve ever been with. From my experience with my other sons most coaches disappeared after the tryouts and we heard from them end of August.

Maybe even PHC and Top Gun? Oh yeah lovell has atleast 3 150 teams between giants, knights, lovell winter club and lions.

Dozens of teams atleast....18 kids per team.....not a chance there are 200 true tier1 national bound worthy kids around. good luck trying to beat the eagles.

Ya know if they had 6 teams that were true tier1 and did a draft like the mn elite league that would be something.

Just because a team is in an “ELITE” division , does not make them elite.

We will see come April what happens. I’m not on the team but know the guy and know he is well connected in the hockey. If I wanted my son to play at a higher level I’d be driving there. Awesome track suits too.

Last two weeks have been awesome watching MD try to recruit anyone that is watching a hockey game at a rink. Whalers/ Giants new team/ river rats tier 2/ PHC have already locked up all the players he actually thinks he’s getting. I might start going to all the games just to watch this clown in the stands.

Nah, MD will start the season off by trying to buy playing time for son, be it team meals, tracksuits, or running trains on Mrs. MD while he watches and rubs one out.
If these tactics don't work, he will just carve the coaches behind their back for not realizing and utilizing the incredible talent that is his son and move him to Feehan or BCH the next season.

MD sucks at coaching the only thing he’s good at is threatening kids that he won’t release them if they try leaving and getting kids free games as he’s recruiting them for following year who will never come.

This will be fun to watch in the later months into next season. Few years ago a giants assistant coach blew up an entire team and booked it to the kings grabbing all the players to go with him. Got some people to leave saying the team won’t be strong. The giants team ended up being better then SSK then all the players that left came running back including the coach to the Giants.

Little MD will be transferring to Feehan by sophomore year as Xaverian has a deep class of freshmen so little guy will never make varsity. It’s to bad the kids a pretty good player dad is just a clown.

Why isn't there any tryout info for this team? SSK has youth, u16 and u18FS tryout info up on site.....

Well the team has more wins in 3 weeks then they had all season without him on the bench.

Guy is a clown I cant believe I listened to all the BS he sold me during recruiting the only kids that will follow him to kings are the ones that get cut from other teams including this current Giants team.

Feel bad for his family they are nice people and good players but this guy going to ruin it for them all.

The u15 SSK won't be worth any more than the coach is willing to pay for. The players he has lined up are entirely too small and undisciplined to compete at a high enough level for them to qualify for NBT. This team will be a waste of time and money for families.

Only 3-4 teams legitimately have a shot each year. The rest are just gearing up for their high school seasons. Play with some friends, hit the weight room and don't get injured.

Not with this clown running the show and getting the giants rejects that weren’t asked back next year. The team he put together this year was horrible and he didn’t get the 3 best players to go with him so this kings team will be even worse.

The strategy of "I'll buy good players for my kid to be on a line with" only works a little. Eventually, you have to face the music to all the promises made and all the chest thumping about what a great coach you are and what a super team this will be.

He must not be a good GM because the players he “bought” for his ex team are terrible. The smart ones are either staying at Giants if asked back or heading to PHC Elite. Daddy coach with a lot of money doesn’t move you to the next level.

Buying a team of Giants, River Rats cuts doesn’t make you a national contender as he’s selling it.

From what I’m being told from people only 3 players were asked back and they are staying with Giants. Hearing the names from parent they are the 3 best players on the team without a doubt. Then Lovell is going to take his best BA players that aren’t going to different teams and playing them as the Giants. Team will also be getting the 2 08s that didn’t want to play with this U14 Giants this season back. Then bringing the 4 players up from the second team that would he better then any current Giants Prep player will move up.

MD bought his way into a tier 2 U15 team so little guy has a place to play because the dad is a total dick. Good news is JH won’t be the worst U15 coach in Foxboro Sports Center anymore.

Why would anyone play in the fed after Bantam? I’m really excited to play Bay State Breakers, Bandits and Islanders every weekend.
