The team is not good at all. 1 player is decent. The rest is way below sub par. Coach didn’t bring in any good, young talent so it will continue to be a clown show for the next couple of years
Coach needs to understand the recruiting process. Hanging down The Cape all summer and relaxing is no way to build a Catholic Conference roster. He needs to be out scouting, spring hockey, summer tournaments, offering packages....the Catholic way!

Doesn’t matter if no one wants to go play for the coach. Unfortunately his re****tion, BS stories, and “culture” are terrible and not an attraction for anyone. Somebody please tells what this guy has done? If you ask him he’s next in line to coach the Bruins with no resume. Glad we stayed away.
In talking to parents, every player who left this guys program is developing, playing better, happier, and wished they had left sooner. Coaching staff really has no idea what they are doing.

No dog in this fight but is it possible that CK is simply running the program the way the AD and headmaster want him to? Previous coach had a horrible record for his one year with a completely empty cupboard but was, I'm told, let go not because of his record but because of run-in's with parents including a family that is a fairly large donor to the school.
Perhaps the direction given was, limit recruiting to a small geographic area and only recruit these types of kids, make sure you kiss the butts of parents & grandparents, and do your best to get to a .500 record. I mean crazier things have happened, have they not?

A .500 record? That should be so easy a blind guy could do it. I think even Feehan with all their benders are .500.
Just schedule a bunch of public schools outside of the top 4 or 5 of em and they are all brutal. If he can't get a schedule and get to .500 it's time to retire.
