You are correct the Empire team will now be called Elite and the old Elite will be called the premier team. Naturally the cost went up this year to pay for all the kids that get it for free. I may be wrong but I think they may have hit the max parents will pay at the lower level. U18 is better but the teams appear to be all locked up.
