Games: The Spartans play 42 Regular Season Games, 2 Exhibition Games, GMHL Showcase Tournament in Niagara Falls, Ontario and the GMHL Playoffs. In total, players will play a minimum of 49 Games and as many as 75, depending on playoff performance.



Typical Week:

Monday – Practice 1:00 to 2:00 for players to work on individual skills. 2nd Practice 8:15 to 10:00 PM

Tuesday – 6:30 to 7:30 PM Team Off Ice Conditioning, 8:15 to 10:00 PM Practice

Wednesday - Practice 3:00 to 4:15 PM for players to work on individual skills.

Thursday Practice from 3:30 to 5:15

Players also have small group sessions at PL Fitness two days per week.

(Also available to players is additional ice time if they are willing to assist in our youth hockey school, this is another 4 hours per week for 18 weeks)



Game Nights are typically Friday (at home) on the road (Saturday or Sunday)
