Its not even a question for the most part NCDC Blows!!!!to many moving parts ups&downs from premier teams.

Ummm, it's called advancement. And it happens in the NAHL, too. The best Tier III players get called up to Tier II when there's a need, or when they've earned it.

NCDC isn't the NA. Not yet. But, that isn't the reason.

What do you mean wait extra year?
That was my question, too. Where would he be playing for the year instead?

It means in NCDC is not as strong as an NAHL and a player can play there for a year and then play in the NAHL

USHL top, and I agree Canadian Junior A next, but BCHL isn't what it used to be, still a good league, but only two teams in the CJHL Top 20, top team is 10th in Canada. Other leagues up north are getting better. AJHL has two in the top 10, and holds the #1 spot.
