I understand what you mean, but like any league with good and bad, both USPHL elite and NA3HL top teams can beat teams in other leagues.
And both have some very good YOUNG players that simply for various reasons don't have a better option for that season. Many areas don't have good midget options, and many good YOUNG players that can't/don't move away and billet play in those leagues for a season against older players.
