Re: Boston Advantage

It\'s pretty funny saying they haven\'t moved any exclusive BA players to the NHL.

I\'d say Adam Gaudette (Northeastern NCAA, where he won the Hobey Baker Award, Hockey East Player of the Year, and was named to the AHCA East First-Team All-American. Selected by the Vancouver Canucks in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft, he made his NHL debut with the team in 2018) is about as exclusive of a single program player development as you will find in New England.

The only other local recent \'single program player\' would be perhaps John Marino and the SSK now on the Penguins.

What most dads don\'t understand until the kid gets to the Midget level is, so many of these kids play for numerous programs, attend a wide range of camps, play on various tournament teams. My oldest son pla*** Town hockey, for the Terriers, BA, SSK Tournament teams, attended Boston Mission hockey camps, High school hockey, Tier I Juniors & college. Which \'program did he play for?\' Answer: All of them.
That not accurate at all as the first year of the BA program was the 2002 birth year. Adam Gaudette is a 1996 birth year.
You guys are idiots. Gaudette did nothing but Lovell skills and was all in at every camp. Skills session and Lovell tourney team.

The family moved closer to hingham for the sole purpose of the boys doing everything with advantage.

I’d say they moved all the boys along pretty well.

If they are not the best example of development then I don’t know what is.

As the dad what the secret was and he will quickly tell you it was the Lovell.

Adam was about to quit hockey at 16.

you wrote all that garbage just to try and make us believe your kid went High School > Tier 1 > College....

great effort though.

Re: Boston Advantage

AG was a Terrier idiot. Then 1/2 season BA for a year. He gets free ice for them using his name. The youngest stuff was the real BA full timer. The one that literally can’t skate. Neither of the younger ones any good and don’t see ice time in college. On their respective teams due to names and a favor.

Ahhhh, they seem to move kids to the next level, change my mind.
No they don’t?
