Yeah but it might put just enough doubt into someone that they wont risk it. I mean if they are smart and connect through a VPN or use their cell phone not connected to a local network then it wont really help. Like the IP that is posted on this thread is standard Verizon Business cell IP address used across the USA, but seemed to work just fine.
