Others have posted they are letting it happen because it's not in the higher division of the EHF. The demand for kids in the region must be incredible. . . maybe it's time for the prices to start to fall.
Program is being put in place to help squeeze the owner of that Crimson/Kings/Mustangs/Classics guy out of the Boston hockey scene. No way you can have 2 crappy Tier 2 programs skating out of the same facility.
Haven't seen much at any rinks is this really going to happen. My son is an 06 should we trying take a chance or go to the 95 Giants.
All you have to do is google jr huskies. Looks like tryouts are at Shay rink in Quincy. Last I heard rink was set to open in August but they never finish on time. 95 Giants set to open after that. Both will find places to skate until rinks are finished. They are going to be new teams so they are always great places to get your foot in the door if your kid is an 06 and coming from town. Lots of EHF teams already full by this time. 95 Giants run by Lovells, great skills. Don't know much about the Huskies
