It's all about the coach and much less about the organization. There are those that get caught up between "elite" and "tier 1" but not sure that matters as much as development at this age.

Well I know a 7 year isn't on here so you have just shown what kind of parent you are living through your kid. Because of course we will all wait in line for your autograph. Oops. That's right. Your kid is going to be the famous one. Not you! So why would we want your autograph. When he gets cut from elite at 10 because the other 08 late bloomers have surpassed him and your big kid is the biggest and his skating has never improved, and Hes too good to take tier 1 spot then I'll give you my autograph 😄
