They don't even follow through with suspending the 06 coaches that always have elite players at their games and that is clearly stated in the rules you can find on the Fed website. They are part of the founding fathers and will never be booted. Most just cone to the realization you have to expect their antics and deal with it
All true. TS and BE beside themselves. Troubled times in Bridgewataa...
Not going anywhere. They are one of the original EHF teams. Please
So you are basically admitting that the EHF is a joke by letting them stay?
The Bandits and Top Gun were told by Buckley that they have a better season next year or they're out...
⬆️⬆️ They better talk to the Falcons also!
In all reality, Bandits, Top Gun and Falcons have no business being in the Fed Elite. None.
Aside from a very few handful of teams combined, they are consistently bottom dwellers year after year and in most cases just flat out not competitive whatsoever.
That's really not debateable
They should make more divisions:
Not Elite but have to fund the Jr program
Super Tier 1
Tier 1 ish
No Tier just pay
And give trophies to everyone!
Why not have the 7 or 8 automatic spots for the original organizations that have consistently put together good teams year after year and leave the other 2 or 3 spots open to have teams play in. Bandits, Top Gun and/or Falcons don't need to be banished just need to earn their spot against top tier 1 teams. The E9 really has that aspect figured out perfectly and EHF should follow suit.
Uhmm. The point being to only give the automatic spot to the consistent 7 or 8 top organizations not all 10 like they do now. Not that difficult to follow.
They seem a bit like the SSK where the hockey people have moved on to worrying about their Junior teams and getting college placements for those kids and they now see youth hockey as just a way to keep the lights on.
Since you've been around a long time and know the ups and downs of organizations and teams over the years, what is your opinion of how the E9 runs their elite division and allows BHL teams to play-in? Regardless of what you think of E9 teams vs EHF teams, I think their play-in system has been run perfectly.
I asked what your opinion was, given all your experience. I don't care if it was 1 years, 2 years or 10 years. How do you think it is going with the E9 play in system?
I still don't understand why the two leagues E9 and EHF don't figure out a way to put the top teams on the schedule each year. Doesn't hurt the organizations and can only attract more players who are "elite". Seems like such an oversight.
Yes, but E9 allows 3-4 teams to play-into the Elite division instead of a closed division of 10 teams. So maybe the EHF elite needs a 12 team division, if you insist the 10 founding teams don't have to earn their keep regardless of performance. That would allow 2 more teams to play in and most likely be at least middle of the pack as they are in the E9 and less games against the bottom feeders.
