Considering the E9 doesn't even exist after U14, the FED does alright for itself. A lot of teams still very solid at U16 and U18 levels, but now competing with Mass Midget Select League instead of E9. FED probably fall in the middle between tier 1 and tier 2 of Mass Selects League.
