Referring to the 1 day CCM skills camp in Bedford ? If so
It is a good experience, more of a marketing thing for them, but tons of info and all participants get set up with a free brand new top of the line stick, pair of sneakers and work out gear in addition to the on ice and off ice training. Then they have a session to try out all of the new and unreleased gear and options to buy it cheap.
well worth the 150 bucks .
If your talking about the actual High Performance tryout camp - yes, worth it. They only take the best players in the nation if your kid expects to be selected.
I think he may be talking about cunniff camp at cushing. My son went a couple years ago and it is very well run and as far as other boarding camps the price was a little lower.
