I feel bad for the Huskies...they have been fed a bag of crap about opening in August. Hardly any interior work has been done on the facility, which is the time consuming stuff. I also love how that Jr. Crimson organization is saying they will be out of there as well. http://www.cantonicehouse.com/about-us-1.html No mention of their program on the Ice House website.

High schools don't start skating until mid-November so I'm sure there is ice out there for teams to pick-up early in the season. I wouldn't worry about it.

canton ice house already sold all their ice. won't open until mid to end of october and between huskies and canton youth all is spoken for.

Practices will be held at Shea rink until further notice.

Crimson has locked up the Stoughton Office Building. Using a smaller ice surface is actually a technique used by the Russians to improve performance.

Was there this week. My son going to Huskies so wanted to see if ready by the middle of August. No way possible. Nothing even close to being complete. One of the workers told me late September????

Any news if this rink will be open in time? Sounds like most teams will be practicing in 2 weeks.

Mid to late October

There this week. So much for the RR tournament in August and Huskies starting their season on time. No ice even close, no parking lot, building not even close. Way to go boys. We are now on par with the homeless Crimson!

Did anyone sign up for the Giants and not think this was a probability?

Where will RR Jamboree be held? Schedule is posted on NVRR website. Too many teams for Sportsplex only.
