Re: TG

Merrimack/Gallant arenas don't have LiveBarn...

Re: TG

TG having a tough go against IHC this weekend. They got caught cheating at the 2008E level. Games ended in tie 2-2 but were found to be using a 2007 goalie after the fact. Game was reversed and TG forfeited 1-0. HAHa- cheating at the 7/8 year old level.

Re: TG

And the EHF site ha now posted a player misconduct section on the home page.

Re: TG

What do you mean got caught. The 08 goalie was late and the 07 goalie filled in until he got there. Maybe they should have just forfeited so no one got to skate. Or better yet turn the net down. F'n morons.

Re: TG

No, you play 6 f'n skaters till your lazy ass goalie gets there. Oh wait, that might have you losing by 6 instead of 4. f'n moron.

Re: TG

I agree with the six skaters. That way maybe this guys kid could score on the goalie less net.

Re: TG

Better to play than not. Everyone needs to chill out about who is doing what or what kids look good. Our kids are 8 years old....just let them play and have fun. Hopefully at the end of the year all of the kids will develop into better players.

Doesn't matter what age. Did the coach explain the situation to the other coach and refs before the game? Was it agreed it would be a forfeit, or that it would count? Did the other team have a second age-appropriate goalie?

If the coach tried to "sneak" the kid into the game, then the forfeit is justified. Live with the consequence, and put a second goalie on the team.

Or it was discussed and it was ok. Then you don't get the result that you hoped so you complain.
