Heard the same about E9. I guess the threads on here about EHF/E9 combined playoffs and state tournament system didn't inspire the powers that be. No surprise.

The biggest problem is this tournament is surrounded by others and most teams are not traveling twice this early in the season. You had the super series and the labor day tournament not to long ago. EJEPL has another showcase this weekend and most E9 teams wont support it plus a lot already have league games. Doesn't leave you much else to pull from. Bad timing.

Seems a little odd/unfortunate that the 2004 Oilers and MFF don't play each other in prelims. Would have been an easy opportunity for that.

Anyone going to give MMF a run in the 2004 division?

Overall this tournament sucks. Fed and Elite 9 should have a showdown. It's in the name of fun. 09-05 play in Marlboro and 04-U14 play in Valley Rink. Everyone makes money

Wait, so you'd rather travel to NESC to play local teams that you can play anytime anyway......vs having some other good teams come up to play you in your backyard?

Evidently too good for the "top" EHF teams. The Flames have been sliding for a while now, but wassup with the Kings? Don't they have half of the Brick team on the roster?

Florida/Islanders game tomorrow AM should be a good measuring stick. EHF at 2004 looking weak right now.

Nothing wrong with Kings - they almost beat FL Alliance and may have if not for bad non-call on pick-play in OT.

Lots of good games in 04 division. Every playoff game was a good one and could have gone either way.

You should have saved the air fare, this team is squeaking by 209th ranked Tier 2 teams, they are scheduled to play teams ranked 10,11,13 &15th in T1, welcome to the East Coast and have a lovely Columbus Day
