Wizards have always been a good organization, focused more on skill development at the younger ages versus wins. However their teams do eventually start to win and many of their older players do well on festival teams, preps etc.
Why would you attempt at selling the Wizards program. 06 and 05 teams both Elite and Select are a total joke.
Wizards seem to chase wins a little less than other organizations, and seem to focus more on skills and ADM-type practice plans. Plus, The Edge is a good place to get exposure to prep school scouts because, you know, the demographics are favorable for that route. There's a different school in there for an event every week it seems, and strong ties to prep schools in upper management and coaching staffs.

In terms of a relo - how does the Lexington-Bedford area compare to the Sharon area?
Quality of life/traffic/schools, etc?
Seems that there are solid hockey programs both to the North and the South, so that's less of a concern.
Outside of those areas, are there any other communities that are worth considering, factoring in the criteria above + decent proximity to tech jobs and good Bantam Major hockey?
North of the City or Metro West. Stay away from the South Shore!!
Yeah with all of the jobs coming to the Seaport (like GE / numerous biotechs / financial / Fidelity...) why would you want an easy commute into South Station or Rowes Wharf? Not to mention some of the better hockey programs, high school programs and full season Jr. teams???

You're right, "Stay away from the South Shore!!"
South Shore has the worst commute to Boston, you know that. Don't play stupid.

GE moved 175 jobs. Hardly changes the landscape. You've fallen for the Boston media spindoctors.
South Shore has traffic every day of the week. Including Sundays. Can't take a boat to the rink.
