The Coaches don't leave you do ! Just like this year, next year you can move to another organization and after a few years of doing that you will have some reflection, and maybe start to agree that it is not the coach, team, or organization but you or your child.
but seriously, how about talking about correcting the problem instead of looking for advice on how to drive him out. but really seriously, its probably you and not the coach

Grass isnt always greener. You could try just talking to the guy like an adult? You have to realize that coaches dont get driven out unless they do something to a kid, most organizations value their coaches and will ask you to leave before they ask a coach to leave. Im sure you will blow this team up, go somewhere else and do the same thing. To find a problem, start in the mirror.
Previous poster is clearly a disgruntled parent. Chances are his kid goes from program-to-program each year chasing daddy's dream and daddy is never happy.

. Sorry I don't wear team track suit and suck around the coach , while your wife is under the bleachers, and you think it is great, coach is verbally knocking your 10 yr old and you are such a coward you can't even stick up for your own kid, believe pal I was brought up old school too but you got to draw the line , when your kid is is leaving hockey with tears in his eyes , and being one of the better players on the team , Coach is a arrogant piece of dirt who only care about his and his buddy's kids development , So you all can kiss my a-------

More importantly, why is your kid leaving the rink crying ??
Because if your kids is one of the top players and the issue is one sided and solely based on the coach al ot of teams would be happy to take him. I have never experienced that, but my kid would not be playing for a coach who was making him cry for no reason. So why are you leaving him in that situation, and Ill say it before someone else does.
Shame on you for not doing your homework, if this is true then parents, other coaches and even organization knew he was a POS before you sent your kid there.
True. Head coach doesn't pay, and gets his ass kissed by parents (who are badmouthing him). Assistant does pay, and parents unload frustrations on him. Best case, Assistant Jr gets a little more playing time.
I would call the organization owner and tell them you are not happy and you want the coach out. 1 warning, the owner may tell you to leave instead of the coach. Good luck
just find another team....if your coach is a true "daddy coach" then he'll yell and scream all season long because he doesn't know how to develop his players anyway.
