What programs offer/costs

I have 2 kids playing Select hockey. Both are in different programs with different costs.

My son wil be a pee wee next year and I think a full sheet for practice is important(our program does not offer full sheets)My daughter is still cross ice and gets a ton of practices/games.

It seems like different programs offer different packages and different prices.

Just curious what programs offer.

Skills are also important

Re: What programs offer/costs

most websites lay it out for you, but you will see a large difference between programs

Re: What programs offer/costs

Most programs do not have a price or practice schedule posted

Correct, and know people at the Kings and they took skills away this year from younger levels at least

Re: What programs offer/costs

Stay clear of Kings PW and below

Re: What programs offer/costs

Considering the Kings for next year and was wondering why the stay clear advice.

Thanks.

Re: What programs offer/costs

Know several there and they are happy with the exception of loss of skills this year. Not sure what happened with that but I'm sure if they don't fix it they will loose some next year. Skills are pretty standard at all programs. Maybe not good skills but still offered so Parents want them

Re: What programs offer/costs

The kings is a well run organization. Coaching is great at most levels. Good positive environment. That being said this is absolutely the wrong place to get information about any program. Good luck

Skills sessions since DAJ moved out?

Generally speaking, the SSK offer this year: 2 60 minute practices (depending on age, some practices are full sheet). 1 60 minute off-ice training session. EHF games schedule.

My bet is they go with 2 50 minute practices + skills next year.

We love it there. Everything under one roof. Great coaching.

I know PW and older have EPS, which is outstanding.

Squirt and younger used to do DAJ, but I'm not really sure what those teams get for off ice now.

Re: What programs offer/costs

I have a tier 1 mite in the Caps organization. We get 2 50 minute half sheet practices and 1 50 minute skills session each week in addition to 30 or so league games. They also provide some off ice dryland as a part of the package.

Practice jersey, practice socks and game socks are provided as well as a team bag for those new to the org. We had to purchase games jerseys.
