Will this affect the rangers for the 17/18 season?
it's an unsubstantiated rumor that is circulating in another thread. I don't personally think it's true, but I've learned over the years that anything is possible in Massachusetts hockey.
The current AI 06 goalie is an 07 playing up and rumors circling he is moving at end of year. Might be the perfect fit for your son. They have goalie skills 1x per week along with 2 practices. Thursday night at 5 in East Boston is the 06 skills and 7 pm is the walk on hour.
The team is getting better. They lost the best player this year and haven't been able to make up for his scoring. The head coach is new, seems to know what he is doing, gets the kids to work hard. The assistant coach (D) has more penalties then any of the players, but the word is he is gone at the end of year if not sooner.

The assistant coach / guy running the d should not be allowed to coach. I've seen a lot of unfit coaches over the years and he easily tops the list. Although the guy coaching with him last year could challenge For the honor of most unfit coach. I'd stay away from this team.
