Well it's official folks the town players defeated the club players in 2 high school games last night. After reviewing both rosters most of the public kids grew up playing town hockey while the privates played club. Thank you CM and AP now go warm up the bus.

You are out of your mind to think Walpole & Marshfield kids played town only. If any parents of a kid on either team can shead some light onto this it would be interesting.

Look at a public like Hingham, they killed their town Midget program and all of the kids play elsewhere.

What is KP Walpole?

So what does the 'KP' stand for? You're telling me that entire team came out of town hockey? How did they do in states? A few of those kids look like they have the size and skill to actually play. Just think how good or where they could be playing if they gave their youth hockey a little more effort.

There's some incoherent stuff on here indeed. I think it was not about the actual effort on the ice rather the effort to play at a higher level and improve. Developmental hockey is not recreational hockey. Try to keep up here.

So KP youth hockey is Wrentham, Norfolk, Plainville and Walpole? Any other towns?

King Phillip was a cowardly Indian chief. He was the son of Massasoit ( a great chief). Read Nathanial Philbrick's Mayflower. I will never understand how a school district and youth hockey organization chooses to name themselves after him.
Also, I don't care what document you are looking at. If you honestly believe that many Marshfield kids did not play for Breakers, jr Terriers, Advantage, etc and many Walpole kids did not play for Boch, kings, Knights you are nuts. KP Walpole is not one of the strong SSC programs so no way that talented batch of Walpole 98-2000 born were playing in SSC all those years. When people think of SSC success they think Braintree, Barnstable, Hingham. KPW not even on radar for town hockey.

Don't know to many ex-club hockey players who are bosses, sorry. Private School kids, yes but not ex-club hockey players.

Let me put this argument to bed right now. My son is on the Walpole team. Not a single player That touched the ice last night or all season played town after squirts. There are three seniors on the team that are fourth liners that switched to Walpole Express over the last two years. It's a stretch calling them club. Get your facts straight before you come on here and post donkey.

Marshfield hasn't had a respectable town program in 20 years so all those kids play breakers, advantage and bandits.

and those Marshfield kids STILL do not play for respectable teams!
