Ok so who wants the real deal? Let's start with the talent that's on the team. Right now there's about 4 kids who should actually play at that level. Out of that 4 there is one "elite" player. The rest of the benders really need to go back to the town program that they came from... the coaches kid except for one are AWFUL... not even close.... let's be clear JP makes a showing once in a while between his Bruins obligations and vacations... that's a name to put in the website... give me a break. There was no structure on this team as the head guy also coaches his son at the 05 elite level. He's been more worried about the "Q" than the kids and families on his team. Who gives a **** about the "Q"? Oh I forgot if you play in the Q your going to the show... please!! Gimme a break. There is a ton of room for improvement and it starts by getting rid of the clowns behind the bench especially the assistant coaches who like to text during games...that's always nice to see for 3k a year.
The parents are a bunch of wealthy non athletic people who never played sports let alone at a high level.
One of the assistant coaches old lady is whacked on her anti depressants with her 3 lunatic kids running around every week always disrupting the locker room.... oh yeah that's a sight to see. The locker room... kids walking in 10 min before the puck drops that's just what parents want to see for 3k... the parents are paying to develop the coaches kids who 1 dont want to be there and 2 have no business playing at that level...when you go to a program like that or any of these programs you should have some basic skill sets in place before you ruin a season for the kids and the parents.!

So FM is taking over... WTF does that mean? I don't give a flying fck where he played... doesn't mean he's a good coach...let's see what he can do...I'll give him a chance and see what this guy is all about... Jp played in the NHL and is by far one of the worst youth coaches I have ever seen...one must attend practices to teach....

If your 09 is fairly decent bring him to tryouts... if your a goalie please for the love of God take him(that's another story)
Get the right coaches (3) and cut 6 kids then you will compete next year... otherwise the only decent ones you have will go somewhere else where they actually care and come back and haunt you

Great program get in on it now before they completely fix the problem. Not sure exactly where you are in Gr Boston, and 09s are young so things change, but Patriots and Islanders 09 teams looked very good watched them play to a tie in Springfield tournament.
