You people don't get it. EHF top 4 or so, it's all about the Q. It's about the next big thing. Chasing the dream. They're in it, to win it. It's treated as a professional organization. No produce...no spot.

This is true, often to the detriment of player development. Young players should not be afraid to take risks, that is part of the learning/development process. But when you just have to win every game...

People are incredibly stupid. None of these EHF or E9 organizations are about developing Talent. They are in it to win it and you cannot spend time on development. You have to spend time on winning and that means focus on the best and forget and replace the rest. Much easier to take 3-4 kids each year who grew and spent time working on their game than to try and develop 5-6 of your own kids hoping you get those 3-4 good ones. the business model doesnt work that well.

I will grant you that most teams operate this way. But it shouldn't be that way, and it doesn't have to be that way. There are coaches that are not obsessed with winning and truly care about teaching the game. Or maybe my kid found the exception. Bottom line, don't settle for league status, keep looking for that better coach.

It don't matter they only care about the 05's. 1 good team out of how many suckers paying the bill, after that team bottom of the barrel.

Those parents who are choosing to bring there kids there this year are crazy! Trust you will regret it! MS is ruining that league. Dan Fawsett should be embarrassed how he is running this league.
