Bantom Minor parity

Are the first year bantom players allowed to check in the parity?

Correct, no checking they are still pee wees until next fall.

No, they are not which is why this format does not work for this age group. You can have a small fast speedy team that will find it hard to compete against big or physical teams in the fall.
