Seriously who knocks 11/12 year olds like this?? Wouldn't you rather be losing to the best players in the country than winning every game in a lesser league? In every league someone is last and someone is first . Get a grip! you're grown men -stop bashing little kids. It's so sad
I know it appears that it's a personal attack, but it's really the frustration many are feeling that comes out as "bashing". Nobody is really bashing the kids. They're not here saying, oh, player x couldn't hit the net if he was inside the net. That's really not the case. The frustration is coming from the fact that we don't have our new league formed. We all want a better league where each week is as competitive as possible. The argument that it's better to lose against good competition is a bogus view. It's like saying, I keep striking out, but the pitcher throws 90mph and someday I'll be lucky enough to catch up to one. In reality, I should hit against what I'm capable of hitting, let's say 70mph. Master that. Then move to 75, 80, and so on.
That's what most people are frustrated about. That we don't have a league where the right players play at the right level.
Commish
again, this argument comes down to too many teams with the talent stretched too thin...

If you ain't first, you're last!
In this case...if you ain't last...you're second to last..
We are talking about the EHF Elite division. Providence won the EHF title last year!! The team from Canada was pretty dam good, and a lot better than TG. Keep telling yourself your kid is an elite player. Haha..
I never said my kid was an elite player but just the other day I had a conversation with one of the parents on my kids team who came from tier 1. He was telling me how his kid was having a hard time adjusting to the level of play and it shows so if you all you have to cling on to is a loss in a championship game of a weak JWK and a Warriors tourney that was a joke then carry on pal.
The original point was that one team could compete some of the EHF elite teams better than some current ones. You said no and I gave you an example of Northstars playing the EHF Elite champion at losing 4-2. But, you don't want to look at the facts. Instead you now say your kid is not on an elite team , but you have all this knowledge about the league and tournaments locally and nationally. So, I guess in your free time you travel to "elite " tournaments that your kid is not playing in and rank them??
You should not have teams losing 11-2 against each other at this level. Again, not all the kids on elite teams belong there.
We have been playing against this team for at least 3 years now. They have some skill each year. From an outsiders view team is very poorly coached. They run around like little kids chasing a soccer ball. I firmly believe by the time these kids hit this age it is time for the daddy coaches to step aside.

oh daddy is the coach at TG that explains a lot. What are his credentials? They do run around like little kids playing soccer. Thank god we do not have to travel to salem Nh again
