Vipers are NOT in the BHL so how can they leave? They already have some teams in the NEPHL which is a pos league. NEPHL is probably the best place for them especially with the Boston Americans moving into the area. Some Vipers coaches and players already have committed to the Americans for next year...
Express already has teams in the NEPHL. They have a few teams in the BHL. Are the BHL teams moving back to the NEPHL?

Take it for what it is.
If the teams at this level of play are a good fit for your kid, you should be way more concerned about the quality of the coaching than what league they play in.
