The answer to every question on this board: coaching. All organizations are just about the same, all pretty much using the same formula to offer the same product. What sets some teams apart from others is the quality of the coaching.
04 Wiz are good cuz coaches are part-owners and/or friends of owner. Also one of the original boys teams. Younger kids will never really be strong because the focus is on the girls program and boys is just a $$ maker and friends and family.
05 Caps- Owners son is on team, so he did a lot of recruiting.
Get a coach who rolls the lines, has fun with your kid and teaches the game year by year(long term plan) and you will have success.
Exactly, people keep saying it, and for some reason won't embrace it. In youth hockey, coaching matters. Winning and losing doesn't matter. League and team don't matter.

same with Caps 2010 team. Owners other son is a 2010. Says something about the organizations and how much they really care about developing your benders.
