Not sure if the OP is referring to Shamrock players "on the move" to a different program. Or the Shamrocks program moving to a different league.

They can have tryouts after feb 1 for any non ehf players
Flyers in the Bridgewater mens room talk about early Feb tryouts and not even any mention it has to be non-EHF players.

That's because Bandits always hold Feb tryouts (I mean open skate) and neglect to mention that it is for non EHF players....oops

It’s a clever way to know where you stand with your own players. You can sign your own kids after 2/1. Hold a tryout for non-ehf and your own kids and offer contracts. They know there’s an issue when one of theirs won’t re-sign. It’s sneaky but genius.
