Are all you Central MA house league parents trying out for the Railers? It sure seems that way! I was in house, having pizza, which on a side note was horrible, and witnessed a mass amount of ankle benders trying to get on a “Elite” team. Save yourselves some $$$$ and stay in the house league at Northstar. Not worth the “Elite” connotation as it’s just an extension of their own house league.

If something like that bothers you then I suggest you should just kill yourself now because you have wasted your entire life.

Im not a Railers parent but from what I can tell they run an excellent program with great on ice and off ice skills (aka DEVELOPMENT) and several of their teams played in the E9 this past season with the rest in the Boston Hockey league which is a few steps above Valley so get your facts straight before you go all half-cocked in your outrage! Stick to pizza reviews...

The problem with the Railers is that the are daddy coaches that rather have friendships over talent. I’ve seen it first hand. It starts at the 05s and trickles it’s self down to the 07s. If they actually had paid coaches 1/2 of the kids would be playing for NS or Crusaders

Not sure that's the case with the 07 team. From what I know 3 of the coaches kids are their top players. Sounds like sour grapes. Those coaches must be doing something right if you say they are taking Crusaders and Northstar talent to the E9

The 07s will never keep up with the Patriots,Wizards,Advantage. 2 kids stand out on that team #97 and the goalie. If it wasn’t for those 2 that team would be in the BHL National.

That’s not true. 07s have some talented kids on the team. With a few more additions they will be middle of the pack next season. Yes my kid plays on the team and No he didn’t get cut from any other team

I'm sorry but you are just wrong. 90% of the coaches in the EHF are parent coaches as well. Very few teams have non-parent paid coaches. To my knowledge there is no team who has all non-parent coaches. I could be wrong but I haven't found one yet.

The whole argument is stupid to begin with. Youth sports, including hockey, would cease to exist if it weren't for parent coaches. Let's focus on the real problem which is the lack of good coaching, regardless of whether they are a dad or a paid coach.

nobody ever talks about development only wins. what do wins get you NOTHING.

Wins give you insight the development is working. If you can’t compete with top teams, why are you there? It’s then clearly obvious team development has failed. Individual development might be working, but no I in team. Time to throw a life preserver over board.
