MMF (automatic bid), SSK and Jr. Eagles kept their players and brought in some talent.

The Boch Blazers (i.e., last year's Boch Militia) will be solid.

I heard one of the Terrier's teams out of Rockland (White) brought in talent.

The Providence H. C. (North) team (i.e., last year's Woonsocket Northstars) blew up and are not as strong. But they got an automatic bid since they won the EHF Black this past year.

The Northstars lost some kids, but I am not sure if they picked up anyone.

Looks like the PHC South are trying to cheat their way into the black division this year. Rostering elite coaches kid and 2 others on South team for parity when it’s known they will be playing elite next season.

Here it is...the plan was to only take 10 teams with 2 auto bids so top 8 were in..however with Breakers in 10th wouldn't be surprised to see 12 in black and 11 in white to get Breakers in...if not its South Shore Kings squeaking in over Thunderbirds...

U14 Black announcement was delayed a day. Sounds like maybe they're checking out some shady dealings?

EHF is embarrassing. Every year the cheating and nothing will be done. PHC sucks, look what these clowns have done to youth hockey in RI? Trying to control almost every team and no players left. Now they have to (which is called cheating) put players on multiple teams (Elite, Tier1,etc.) just to even have some teams. U14 PHC East and PHC South (without bringing in players) both teams would only have 10-12 players on a team for a full season team. You guys are a joke. Combine your teams and play in white, you are not good enough to play in BLACK division.
But with the support of the EHF league officials you will be fine by just moving your players around like you have in the past. Joke, Joke, Joke.

These providence kids could be Tier 1 players that may be called up due to HS conflicts of their Elite team and under EHF rules and all other hockey rules it is allowed...so unless they signed an "elite" contract they are Tier 1 Players...so technically nothing to see here...and I am not from RI and wasn't in parity...here is the rule from FED website:

EHF CALL UP PLAYERS
Players may be called upon from other teams within an organization from a younger
age division or from Tier I or EMHL teams. Any player called up for more than fifteen
(15) games automatically becomes a full- time member of that team and will not be
eligible for the playoffs.
Note: Full-time players may never play down, even if it would put them in their own age group.

Not from RI and not in EHF...if there was wrongdoing FED will step up like they did last year. I was only pointing out one way that it could have happened. If they cheated they should be crucified. I am sure if there was cheating the league has been inundated with calls from Directors as they put something up on their site saying all challenges should be in by Tuesday May 1st..which makes me think they are looking into this...as they did last year...I actually cant stand the cowbells and hope they get bounced..

wow the 5 goals the three kids put up all together were game changers... the other 11 goals were nothing..

Islander parents out in full force...people you lost and now you have to move on..if there was any "cheating" the FED will do something but looking at the teams the South Played they beat the Monarchs, Islanders West, Islanders Eat and the Huskies. HUskies are already in, Islanders West may make it in depending on the outcome of the Iteam investigation, Islanders East would be out no matter and Monarchs would be out no matter what happens.

Providence East beat conquistadors and breakers. Conquistadors were terrible and are out but Breakers could be in...KARMA is a b**** as the Breakers cheated last year....

The good news is the white division will have some strong teams with resentful parents who now think their kids just went from top 3 in the NHL draft to undrafted free agents...they can get the providence kids back in beer league...

Yes that was why the play up rule for 15 games is in play which the other parents fail to grasp..some kids in 8th grade need full year so they play up for some elite games which is like a 10 game season and then they go full year for their primary team...nothing to see here move on

U14 black posted. Now there are 3 div. PHC North losses all their best kids they geet a group of bandit kids that came in 6th place in White and don't have to do parity.

Looks like they broke the 10-team rule to squeak in the Thunderbirds after they rolled through silver last year. Good to know the Fed is still sticking to their rules.

The PHC East should stop whining and get off the dboard. You were standing next to EHF board members all weekend.. Get a clue. No one cheated...

I cant wait for Dan Fawcett and Matt Smith to get Ip address from Sweeney as everything posted on the dboard is regulated and he finds out who from his own PHC club is smashing his org and throws their asses out.

Parents up at Merrimack can't be too happy with the Islanders East down in white. At 1-3 in parity they weren't even close to making black. I thought IHC East was supposed to be their flagship program and leading towards their mighty USPHL?

They promise all the kids USPHL when they threaten to leave. They even did it with a Silver player. Comical but it works.

After all this, who will be the team (s)to beat in the Black division? Looks like the teams that went 4 - 0 this past weekend really did not play anybody strong.
