Agreed the black would be better with the shamrocks in it. But the structure is what it is so end of story.

I wouldn't call beating 2 terrible teams by 2 goals no problem. The only good team they played they lost to.

2nd 06 shamrocks Will not finish at bottom of white. They played well and beat just as many silver teams as the rest of the parity teams.

They have a good goalie; good coach and a few players that will get better over the summer that will round out at team that will be playing together for a third season. They will finish at the top end of white.

Honest answer. They had no business even trying for black. Unless they upgraded significantly they would've struggled in white parity.

At the 06 level they didn't even deserve to compete for white. Out of 20 teams the Conquistadors finished 17th and the Blazers finished 18th.

Not finalized yet , but only team i missed on was the Monarchs. Looks like MMF could sneak in as well and knock out my providence prediction. 8/9 or 7/9 not bad.

So why was the terriers white first game this morning marked as postponed when they were on the ice this morning playing and their 2nd game in early afternoon not scored?

SSK and Terrier Red, 2 former lower end black teams are a combined 3-0 with 25GF and 9 GA. This white division is going to suck! EHF needs to reevaluate this parity format. The black division is working and needs to expand. All black teams should have remained and expanded for Top Gun and MMF who dominated white last season. You would have 2 very competive divisions rather than this mess

Didn't realize how much of a disparity between white and black until this weekend. Complete joke. Great way for the EHF to lose players to other leagues and hurt the orgs that were competitive.

I agree with the above poster on 06 re: more teams in Black. The Shamrock 06 Black team that has been to the semi's two years in a row and didn't even lose a game in parity being demoted to Tier 1 white is a complete joke.

There must be a lot of parity within all levels of The Fed if the black semi finalist tied two black teams and a white team and barely beat a silver team. What are they worried about, seems like teams at all levels can give them a good game?

For those of you with older players you are more than likely aware of this. For those who are not aware, the older kids get, the more teams level out and there is less disparity between teams in the black and white. And maybe silver, but since that league is newer I wouldn't speculate yet. Looks at the rankings and scores so far, and knowing the relative skill of the Shamrocks team 1, I would expect at least 7-8 of the teams in white to be pretty competitive, so for the terriers red complaining about how white is going to suck, I predict you will not come close to running over the white division. And since your child's team has finished at or near the bottom of black for the last several years, I recommend holding off on pumping your chest out before the season has even started. It often comes back to bite you in the A$$

Yeah, they could have won one of the games they tied but, really, should the bounce of a puck determine whether or not you play in a league where you have proven you can successfully compete and, if you don't get that bounce you get put in a league where most of your games will not be competitive?

Wrong about Shamrocks going on hot streak in round robin, they finished fourth in the regular season points, earning 41 out of a possible 72 points.

Dumb ass, Shamrocks did not play Blazers or Breakers in parity....by the way....they have a good goalie, good D and the offense will be much improved next season.
