Teams In Southeastern MA

It looks like my family will be moving to southeastern MA next year with my 2010 bender in tow. He's a solid tier 1 player, maybe elite if both he improves this year and the team he plays for is desperate for players. The clubs within a reasonable distance seem to be the Boston Bandits, South Shore Kings, Bay State Breakers, Boston Terriers, and New England Knights. I've found some information about the Bandits, Terriers, and Breakers online, but I can't find much about the Kings or Knights regarding tuition and how many practices/skills they get. Also, if there are any teams that I should be wary of, I'd appreciate a heads up. Thanks in advance.

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

If your kid is a bender then all those teams would be appropriate.

Knights
Kings
Giants
Terriers
Bandits

In that order

By the way, we know you are trolling

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

Not trolling. If I were, I'd have declared that my kid is the most elite elite in Elitesville like some of the people on here. I'm simply trying to find a team that is a step above town, but where my kid would realistically stand a chance at playing.

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

If sincere about developing a bender go the Lovell route

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

Thanks for some real advice. Like I said, my kid is decent but not anything special on the ice. He's on an AA/tier II team this year. I'll look into the Lovell team for next year.

Not trolling.... but moving to the area but already know about what people post on this board ?

Bad Attempt at shining up your bad organization that is slightly above some of those organizations, its summer. Go back in your hole !

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

Pretty sure anyone who reads three posts on here knows about the "elite" theme here.

Yeah, and of course that doesn't happen anywhere else in the country other than NE - or in any other sport than hockey.

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

2010 birth year if you can handle the drive go to the Caps. Organization as a whole is not good but the 2010 teams are very good and have great coaches and just brought in a Former local NHL/AHL player to run development.

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

Many thanks for the helpful advice. We'll be in Marion, so that's only about 45 minutes. I'll add PHC to the list.

Seahawks sound like they will be a perfect fit for you. Assuming they don't fold in the next two months, or haven't already folded !

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

Other benefit of Caps would be the parents fighting in the stands...a 40yr old punching a 75yr old in the face screams class!

that was the 09' Friars and Northstars. Both of which are not the 2010 Caps teams. So get it right.

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

The "moving into the area" troll is nothing new.

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

If you're moving in from MN, MI, WI then I'd go Lovell. If you're moving in from OK, AR, LA then I'd go with those other organizations.

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

Thanks, we're from PA. I guess that means somewhere in the middle of the list.

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

PA near Pittsburgh or Philly and I'd say move to B.A. / Lovell. Otherwise the others.

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

If you have an ego and what your kid flatlining at Bantam minor then go play EHF. If you want to develop your player head to Lovell

Re: Teams In Southeastern MA

KINGS OR TERRIERS. YOUR LITTLE BENDER CAN START ON THE ELITE FIRST LINE.
