This board is funny - and the below is far away from reality to what coaches are teaching and the parents talking in the stands. AO is a tad busy with a little more important role at the moment then worrying about 10 year old, doesn't matter how stacked the '08s are this year!, plus he's on the ice with the team once a week. Bottom line is that a bunch of 10 year olds are not playing great right now; big deal. Most parents are fine and happy and take the long view in develpoment, I'm one of them, and from the stands the coaches are doing what they should be. Watered down talent issue + kids not playing great equals tough start. 6 Games in, life goes on and the kids will keep working. You guys are entertaining though, that I'll give ya.
The coaching changes are coming don’t be a fool Mr. Long View. Just because AO smiles, says hello and chit chats with you doesn’t mean your safe. Love the fact that you think that, lol.... now that’s entertaining.

AO or A-Hole....which is correct?? Asking for a friend......
What does safe even mean in 10 year old hockey in this context? I don't want an internet argument. A coaching change isn't always a bad thing, and if the new coach doesn't like my little johnny bender, then so be it, and my bender will play wherever. My initial point was right now, the on-ice teaching and practices are well run, and the kids are improving if they put the effort in; just like anything else. The wins/loses are tough, but again, so what- they are 10. No need to argue, just coming from a birds eye view.
Ownership could care less! Teams are full and he has his money. There are only a couple kids on that team that could make another elite team.. If you kid is one of the better kids it probably a good idea to get in another elite team that has some more promise like Bandits or Terriers if they have a spot open. Development long term is not happening there. Look at Breakers history. Every Elite team is terrible. Program was a good one at one point. They stopped caring and recruiting good players a long time ago. If you dont mind losing and know that team will not get better then stay and get your ass handed to you every week. Good luck this weekend... looking at 2 blowouts and 3 losses. Blowouts are not good for kids!
How is being on a team like that good for development? Only person it benefits is the goalie seeing 75 shots a game. Getting beat up every week will take the fun out of the game and is not good for any kids confidence on your team. Future does not look bright there and likely kids will scatter next year. The ones who stay will go through this again... If you really truly believe your son benefits from "long term development" there, stay and spend another $4000 to get killed... I doubt you will
Watered down talent issue... at this point it's unlikely Breakers will have a good or competitive going forward. Talented kids are pretty much settled in on teams they are on. Movement year to year is getting less and less as they get older. My 2 cents
They lost the very good goalie they had because MB did not want to work with kid skating out and playing goalie. That guy is not too bright and screwed that up pretty good. At 8 years old if a kid can do both, let them
IHC is the best team to never win a game against the top teams and can’t find a way to beat the lower teams. Their defense looked less than average and forwards back and forchecked but didn’t know how to bury them. Alternate from seacoast was non existent on ice. Glad he stayed at other NH team based on that performance.
Well the kings reign as the new king in town has come to an abrupt halt! Bunch of big mouth parents who think there kids were actually better than they are are sitting pretty at 4-4 in league play and 9-7 overall. Looks a lot like .500 to me. Keep it up! Hope you get those defensive problems under control.

They will be a mid-pack .500 team in the league. They will catch a team off guard every now and then, but just not enough talent to compete at a high level. Not enough firepower and questionable defense.
Surprises.. Top Gun beating Kings and Providence, Huskies beating Bandits
Not Surprised. Breakers 3 more losses. Games were not even close. Looks like a very long season ahead of them. Be lucky to win 5 games this year
