PHC has notified their current families that East and North are merging. With that merger they are reducing their skills offering to every other week since the proposed mini-rink has hit environmental delays and won't be ready until the end of the 19-20 season. On the bright side they are waiving the tryout fee for all returning players and including the USPHL fee in the tuition. Would love to see what the tuition is for the 19-20 season. Whatever it is, it will be priced to recoup the lost revenue of tryout fee and USPHL fee. If they maintain current tuition structure, PHC will be laughing all the way to the bank.

Good. Everyone's always b**chin' and moanin' about too many teams and things being watered down. Condense the talent, send kids back to town or to other sports. Maybe some of those halfwit parents whose baby got cut and ran to other teams whining about how their baby was bullied will figure it out. You're just not that good.
The problem is lack of ice time and they got to big to quick, PHC is not turning away revenue for the good of the sport
they wont lose any revenue. This will help their bottom line in the long run because now they operate out of 2 rinks he owns and one they have a sweet deal with. The mount ice was a drain and those team were not full anyway. So they lose 3-4 kids per age level at best because they can just move the kids to the south teams and play emhl. The amount of kids lost vs MSC ice cost is a win for PHC. Plus they will be absorbing the Bears SNEHC teams and will charge those parents and extra 1-2 grand for ice they are already skating on. Its all a terrible cycle killing whats left of youth hockey in RI.

Was addition of the Bears to the portfolio in the reorg announcement?

More rumors from a PHC kool aid drinker. The Aints' have now 'Mounted' and offensive and some PHC team daddy is still hanging on to a total takeover of lil' rhody.

How is this combination going to work. They will not have enough ice for the 2nd North/East Team.
Parents please watch out for the bait and switch!
Please take a look at the:
Kings
95 Giants
Saints
Jr Mounties!
PHC will sell you a 2019 Cadillac Escalade with a Kia Sorento engine! Don't believe the hype.:grimacing:
God help us! Don't drink the cool aid!!!
easy only North and South. No more East teams. plus less skills for those teams as well. but they are including your USPHL fees in your tuition this year.
