Ever hear of addition by subtraction? If that entire VJW team came over to the fed, I can guarantee they would not have been as successful as they were. They ran 2 lines, with all good players that belonged there, and none that did not belong there. And a couple were added or remained from TG. Less weaknesses than the prior year. Understand???
Moron, you make my point with your response. Let's break it down for you:
1. Hear of addition by subtraction? - Yes. Every team does it, every year. Not a E9 v. ehf thing. The "entire team" would not go over. The "team" regardless if they were VJW or TG would have made changes. Plus one of their better VJW skaters went to IHC not TG. Idiot.
2. "All with good players that belonged there" (such a moron). - Thanks for making my point. Furthermore, I will strongly agree with your statement that E9 players were good and could compete (and win) in the ehf.
But let me try and get you and your friends to understand something: Select hockey is so watered down from parents chasing the dream. The ehf is a better marketer than the E9 so the dingbat parents need to put their kids on the last stop before the NHL: the ehf. The point the I, and now you (thanks again) are trying to make as that there really isn't much difference. "Better competition?" Keep telling yourselves that.
So keep driving an hour+, dealing with a coach screaming at your kid and each year fearing the next big thing is coming up to take your kid's spot (and also kick your ego in the biscuits). Oh and enjoy the trips to Jersey and LI next year.
