Re: Combines and CAmps with college coaches

NCAA dead period moved to 9/1. How is camps like the top60 and the one the guy from Vermont keeps running able to use college coaches? Breaking rules.... right
Who cares. Most certainly don’t. Probably a good skate. Wait! I know what is. The ankle bender got cut or your not making your Nut.

It's not a violation. There are specific guidelines for coaches to follow, you could always Google it but essentially it's not considered recruiting as long as they aren't running it as a tryout, and nobody gets a break on the price. Example, during an agility drill, if a coach puts a stopwatch on a player, that would be a violation. Same drill, no stopwatch and offer a little instruction and it's permissible.

You had a violation when you used a stopwatch to time your wife “Big Bertha” rolling around the outside of NESC.

Not a violation either if the kids aren't high school aged.
