Re: No Islander parents allowed

If this is the case they should offer free LiveBarn video for parents.

Re: No Islander parents allowed

It’s all a mute point. By Oct 1 all hockey will be shut down due to the 2nd wave. Once schools and hump U’s are back in the saddle next week, all hell will break loose. I.E., Alabama, UNC, Arkansas, Fla. Set up some leaf peeping, apple picking and pumpkin patch hunting with your bender, cause hockey will die on the vine this fall.

Re: No Islander parents allowed

Where are you getting this info?

Re: No Islander parents allowed

No spectators at all in Merrimack for practices or games. Absolutely ridiculous...

Re: No Islander parents allowed

Hey all you parents hanging in parking lots! If you think this is bad wait until it gets cold out. The frozen tears of dads not even able to tune into live barn will be ordering submarines and greasy slices of pizza just to slosh down a beer while they wait to pick up their boy from the massive empty hockey arena,

Why is it ridiculous? It's a locked down college campus. They don't have to allow anyone in or out - as many colleges have not. And who cares if you can't go into a game. It's not about you it's about your kid getting to play.

And - spectators at practice? Get a life.

Re: No Islander parents allowed

Totally fine with sending a 7 yr old into the rink alone. Seems like a great idea. What could go wrong?

Re: No Islander parents allowed

So if I have Covid and don’t know it and drive little Johnny to the rink with little Timmy wouldn’t they now be the super spreaders we all hear about. So WTF is the difference if I’m in the rink or not? My little bender lives with me and if we are to believe what we are told, he is now giving it to everyone in the rink. But ya, let’s keep the parents out. The kids socialize and talk to a lot more people than I do in the rink.

The fact that you even had to ask is astounding. I weep for our species.

Re: No Islander parents allowed

Actually, the main spread for this thing has been off ice activities. Locker rooms, restaurants, hotels, the back seat of your wife's car.

Actually, my wife passed away. But thanks for the insight and the high standard of maturity.

Re: No Islander parents allowed

Yes, it's the parents who are absolute morons. Taking masks off as they exit, not after they exit, then congregating outside the front doors with masks down and yapping while people have to go through or around to get into/out of building. It's these idiots that will ruin it for everyone because they are worse than 4 year olds at taking instructions. Equivalent of Rudy Gobert touching all the mics and then finding out he tested positive. If he hadn't been so stupid so start with, he wouldn't been made to look like such a tool. The parents will **** it up before the kids do.

If you follow the protocols and keep your distance and wear your mask it is likely that you will highly reduce your chances of catching or spreading it, but not eliminate it 100%. How f ing hard is it to wear a mask?

Don’t disagree with this but to tell a 6 7 8 yr old to go into the rink alone is wrong no matter how dumb his parents are.

Re: No Islander parents allowed

My son started living with billet families in Canada starting with his 2nd year of mites. (Yes, he is that good) It has been a great experience for my kid. His billet dad (Chester T.M.) has a jacuzzi and likes wrestling. I don't think dropping an 8 year old off at the rink is anything to worry about.

Chester has a friend named uncle joe... he didn’t make a lot of sense when he talked but god dam my kid loved to rub his hairy legs in the pool you know the thing.

Yup. Send my kid to school where all of the employees are cori checked. Hope your lil guy doesn’t run into someone on campus who hasn’t had that same check

Yeah, and we never hear of teachers, administrators and other students at schools like Phillips Exeter, St. Paul's, and a sh1t-ton of other schools who have been CORI checked.

And who are the sheeple?

Difference is everyone who works in a school around children have to be cori checked. If you think for one minute that these rinks are keeping up with this you are naive as hell.

Truth. Friendly reminder: the virus does not have the ability to move. It is stationary. We move. If we don’t move, the virus doesn’t move and this thing ends. Pretty simple actually.

It doesn't matter if the mask does jack sh&t. It's about perception and following a simple rule so our kids can play. Unless you plan on looting the pro shop and burning down the rink there isn't much we can do.

Case in point. This is one of the Phuk-tards I'm talking about. Guarantee you this is a Rudy. You got your covid Karens and your Phuk-tard Rudys at either end of the spectrum. Hope they give you a mask on the short bus.

Wonder how much you'll freak out when someone's snot-nosed kid comes out and sneezes all over you.

Why don't you tell me next how social distancing doesn't work.

Maybe the mask doesn't do dick, but you do buddy. Loads and loads of dick for Rudy.

Re: No Islander parents allowed

So scary this virus is. Sooooo scary

Re: No Islander parents allowed

The rink owners finally have an excuse to keep idiots like you from being in the rinks and sideline Belichicking your kids so they hate the game. You should send them a thank you note in your case. Stop ******** and be thankful they are even playing.

Not like MA hockey hasn't had any issues of coaches diddling kids, attempted murder, kidnapping.
