Re: Crimson Combine

My son attended twice when the event was call College Hockey Experience. It was run by Ted Donato and selected coaches he invited.

There is no doubt that the program brought in a 6 figure revenue shot over a three day weekend. Feel free to characterize this any way you wish.

However, Ted (and other Div I coaches) were really there running drills and observing scrimmages. If a player, and I mean any player, happens to catch their eye the magic will happen.

The problem is, Ted and his friends are not so easily impressed. The majority of the players attending just don't measure up to the minimum required to catch their eye.

But, if you want to have no regrets, and be certain you kid was seen by Ted Donato, attend the program. Then you wont have to spend the rest of your days like Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite.

Re: Crimson Combine

What age groups?

Re: Crimson Combine

Some age groups you need an invite. Without an Org exec or influential head coach having an open line to the decision makers, your fat checkbook won’t matter.

Then you should just email and wait for the invite. Good luck with that.

Re: Crimson Combine

I emailed 3 years ago. Still waiting,, they must be busy looking at my studs video clips. They will like the 4 goal game he had while playing for the town B team, he is on the A team this year.
