Been there. Truth is if a team is 1-36 the players are just not good enough for that level of play. A better coach may get a few more wins, but you can't make a room full of average students flunking AP classes all valedictorians with a new teacher.
if we are talking 2013's like OP said (second year mites right?) there should be at MINIMUM two hot moms on the team. And based on the time period you are going with I'll cast Kim Basinger as the second hot mom. One of the moms should have questionable moral values. Makes for a better storyline.
Best jockey in the world isn’t going to win the Preakness if he is stuck riding on a donkey. At the 2013 level, it isn’t the coach’s fault, you just have a roster full of donkeys.
You are a complete tool and irresponsible parent if you let your kid stay. No way kids are having fun getting beat every week, and no way they are developing.
Move him down and let him learn to enjoy the game. Your wanna be elite status ego has him quitting in under a year.
Shut up coach
How about 3 bad seasons at or near the bottom of the league? If a coach doesn't make any real changes and just keeps losing at what point does the organization say enough is enough? Does that mean the team isn't developing? Doesn't development translate into W's and L's?
