They have not played the top teams. You don’t even know who the top teams are at mites especially in Canada and Minnesota. Mid-Fairfield plays cross ice until squirts. .You will see next year .

Are you tracking what all 2014s are doing? Some of these kids have played against competitive teams from Canada along with teams like International stars. They've played against and with some top 2014 kids from all over. You don't know what you're talking about unless you're literally a stalker.

Not tracking any 2014. I am a parent that has been through the whole thing and played junior bruins . Wow you played the international stars? Never heard of them. Just because you traveled to tournaments doesn’t mean you played the best kids and teams. The 2014’s might be really good but you have not played the best . Just wait until the next few summers.

They are 8 years old. The "top kids" from all over are just the ones that don't fall down every shift on the ice. It's MITE HOCKEY - it means nothing yet

My son reffed mites for 2 years and it was painful to listen to you clowns yell and scream every time a kid FELL DOWN cause he didn't call tripping.

I am not surprised posts like this exist - you people are nuts. 8 years old!!! There are no "TOP KIDS" yet

From watching these kids it looks like the 2014 birth year is the best group in the last 10 years. They have to be one of the favorites to win the Brick in two years.

Some kids are just gifted when it comes to speed and endurance. It's not something everyone has, same way with running. Obviously hockey isn't just about speed and endurance but it plays a big role.

and who is doing that? Do you know parents of the 2014 hockey kids this post is referring to who do that ?

Seems to me that someone made a post about the 2014 birth year being a strong year with some great players and people got nasty. If the post bothered you move on. If you think it's stupid and 2014 means nothing to you move on. I am surprised by how much controversy this simple post created. Really says a lot about the hockey community in the MA area. Pretty sad.

Funny I have 2 kids playing and the only ones that post anything are the insane moms. You know the ones that go on vacation and post those family pics that are perfect where everyone has a forced smile because the previous 20 min were a complete nightmare with her trying to get the “perfect picture”.

I'm not sure what that has to do with anything? Are you assuming that hockey moms you see posting on FB are posting here? Social media is all for show...this is an anonymous forum not facebook. But yea lots of people try to make their lives look perfect on social. Posting a picture from a hockey game doesn't = a perfect life.
